Genpact Alumni Privacy Notice
1. Introduction
Genpact Limited and its affiliated companies worldwide (“Genpact” or “we”) are a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation for our clients. Genpact values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
This Privacy Notice applies to all former Genpact employees who have voluntarily joined the Genpact Alumni Program - a global initiative designed to maintain connections with former employees through an alumni database and dedicated microsite. The program supports relationship-building, potential business collaboration, and future rehiring opportunities.
This Privacy Notice describes how Genpact collects, uses, stores and protect your personal data within the Alumni Program, and outlines your rights regarding that data.
2. What Information We Collect
As part of the Genpact Alumni Program, we may collect from you and process the following categories of personal data: Identification details such as full name, former employee ID (OHR), former role and designation, date of birth
• Contact information such as email, phone, location- country/city
• Former Employment details such as department, tenure, role, exit details, work location
• Educational qualifications and professional certifications
• Career progression and current employment details such as current organization, role, work location
3. How We Collect and Use Your Information
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you have provided, or legitimate interest as in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. As part of the Genpact Alumni Program, your data may be used for the following purposes:
• Facilitating networking activities
• Organizing alumni events, reunions, and professional gatherings
• Sharing company updates, news, and achievements
• Communicating new products, services, and business developments
• Providing information about career opportunities within Genpact
• Conducting alumni surveys and feedback collection
• Industry insights and thought leadership
4. How We Share Your Information
Your personal data may be shared with with trusted third-party service providers and consultants who support the operation of the Genpact Alumni Program. This may include vendors which assist with alumni engagement platforms and services. These parties are granted access only on a need-to-know basis with similar obligations to protect your data in line with applicable privacy laws.
Your personal data may be shared amongst Genpact’s affiliate entities located around the world, for business and administrative purposes, consistent with the objectives of the Alumni Program.
In certain circumstances, your data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities or other governmental bodies when required by law, court order, or other legal obligations.
5. How Long We Retain Your Information
Genpact retains your personal data Alumni Program purposes and in line with our retention policies. We keep your personal data only as long as necessary, considering the purposes outlined above.

We have implemented industry standard security measures to keep your personal data secure and confidential, including and not limited to:
- Limiting access to your personal data, to those Genpact personnel strictly on a need-to-know basis, such as to respond to your inquiry or request.
- Implemented physical, electronic, administrative, technical and procedural safeguards that comply with all applicable laws and regulations to protect your personal data from unauthorized or inappropriate access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

• Genpact does not sell or share personal information as defined in sections 1798.140(ad)(1) and 1798.140(ah)(1) of the California Consumer Privacy Act.

• You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf if necessary.
